Cancellation Charges
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, under the law you could be liable for cancellation charges.
Bertram Lodge levies charges in accordance with the industry standard scale of cancellation charges:

Days are counted from the commencement of the holiday. In the best interests of our guests we strongly suggest that you protect yourself against these charges by taking out adequate insurance.
Terms and Conditions
- All rooms are offered subject to being available on receipt of confirmation and a £25 deposit per adult per week or £10 for short breaks
- Reservations will be held for up to 7 days
- No allowance can be made for meals and or accommodation not taken during the period booked.
- Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival & to be vacated no later than midday o n day of departure.
- Car & coach parking is free of charge, but we have to point out that guests vehicles are parked at their owners risk.
- Only food & drink purchased at Bertram Lodge may be consumed on the premises.
- Final account is payable on arrival
